See where execution is breaking before it compounds. Leave knowing what to fix first.

A seven-day organizational diagnostic for founders whose teams are shipping while clarity slips, ownership blurs, and momentum gets harder to hold.

In one week, the Sprint validates where execution is actually breaking and who owns which decisions in practice, sets a starting baseline where the evidence allows, and hands you a prioritized direction for what to change first.

A diagnostic built on evidence, not interviews

Most operating diagnostics ask the leadership team what happens and write it down. The Sprint treats that as one input of several.

What people report
What the company documented
What the trail shows actually happenedSlack, Jira, Notion, and the CRM
Collected separately, compared, and never averaged. The gaps between them are where execution drag lives. The Method explains how

Great founders do not need more ideas.

They need an execution system that does not route every important decision back through them. The Sprint finds where that routing happens, measures what it costs where the evidence allows, and recommends where to start.

The Sprint

is where the current state gets validated, measured, and diagnosed.

The Execution OS Install

is where the new operating model gets designed, signed off, and built into the company.

Who it is for

Tick the ones that sound like your company.

Founder-led technology companies of roughly 60 to 200 people, adopting AI in operations, get the most from the Sprint. If you are earlier than that, take the free Snapshot first. It will tell you whether the problem has arrived.

Seven days, day by day

One week of intensive work, then thirty days of support while the first changes go in.

Days 0 to 1

Intake and evidence collection

Leadership priorities, constraints, the current operating rhythm, and the recurring decisions that keep landing with you.An intake form plus a founder session, then access is set up and the evidence review begins: what people report, what the company documented, and what the trail shows.

Days 2 to 3

Decision validation

The recurring cross-functional decisions are tested against the evidence.Who people say owns each one, who the documents say owns it, and who actually decided it last time. Where the accounts agree, ownership is confirmed. Where they conflict, the conflict is recorded as it stands.

Days 4 to 5

Prioritization and measurement agreement

The findings are ranked by what they cost the company.Measurement definitions are agreed with you, the baseline is set from the evidence available, and its confidence is stated, with any gaps marked for further observation.

Day 6

Client validation session

Your leadership team sees the findings together, with the evidence behind them. This is where conflicting accounts of who owns what come out in the room, and where the recommendations are discussed. Detailed design and sign-off come later, in the Install.

Day 7

Diagnostic handover

Three outputs are handed over, each labeled for what it is.The validated current state, the T0 baseline with the confidence of each number, and the future-state direction, which stays a recommendation until it is approved.

Days 8 to 37

Async support

Thirty days of asynchronous advisory support after the diagnostic handover. This covers clarification of findings, answers to questions about the recommendations, and limited feedback on client-prepared drafts or early client-led actions within the Sprint's agreed scope. It does not include new diagnostic work, detailed operating-model design, stakeholder ratification, managed implementation, or software deployment. Those activities require separately agreed scope.

What you leave with

A accountable ownerP approves on some pathsC consulted! accounts conflict? not yet clear

Current State

The recurring decisions we validated, who owns them in practice, where work stalls, the evidence behind each finding, and the issues still unresolved. Where accounts of ownership conflict, or authority is genuinely shared, the map shows it instead of picking one answer.

T0 Baseline

Agreed definitions for founder escalations, decision cycle time, and rework, with the baseline evidence available today and the confidence of each number. Where the evidence allows, the baseline is defensible. Where it does not, you get an agreed plan to measure it.

Future-State Direction

Prioritized recommendations, the options behind them, and a possible implementation sequence, including a 90-day roadmap and, where the baseline allows, a modeled range of impact, kept as a conditional estimate. All of it is directional and not yet approved. It also names candidates for detailed design in the Install, including decisions that may later suit AI delegation.

30 days of async support

Thirty days of asynchronous advisory support after the diagnostic handover. This covers clarification of findings, answers to questions about the recommendations, and limited feedback on client-prepared drafts or early client-led actions within the Sprint's agreed scope. It does not include new diagnostic work, detailed operating-model design, stakeholder ratification, managed implementation, or software deployment. Those activities require separately agreed scope.

Three things the Sprint deliberately does not do

A strategy deck

The output is evidence: validated decisions, named conflicts, and a starting baseline.Written so your team can act on it without a presenter in the room.

The installation

The Sprint diagnoses and recommends. It does not design the new operating model in detail.Detailed design, sign-off by the people it affects, and implementation are the Execution OS Install. Some teams act on the recommendations themselves with the async support, and that is a legitimate outcome.

Tools first

Tool, automation, and AI delegation decisions come after ownership is clear, never before.Buying software feels like progress. Designing the layer above it is the progress.

Four ways a Sprint can end

A justified case to proceed

The evidence supports an Install. The diagnosis becomes its starting point, and detailed design and sign-off happen there.

More evidence is needed

Some findings need longer observation before anyone acts on them. You leave with the measurement plan to gather it.

Your team addresses it internally

The issue is real and within your team's reach. The 30 days of async support sit behind the first changes.

No further intervention is supported

The evidence does not justify more work. You keep the findings and the baseline, and we will say so plainly.

Questions before you apply

What happens during the Sprint, day to day?

Days 0 and 1 cover intake and evidence collection. Days 2 and 3 test the recurring decisions against that evidence. Days 4 and 5 rank the findings and agree how they will be measured. Day 6 is the validation session with your leadership team, and Day 7 is the diagnostic handover. The full day-by-day view is above.

How much of my time does it take?

The Day 0 session, a short measurement review on Day 4 or 5, the validation session on Day 6, and the handover on Day 7. Between those, the evidence review runs against your systems and your team's documents rather than your calendar. Expect four to six hours across the week for you and one to two for each leadership team member.

Who takes part, and which decisions are covered?

The founder and the leaders involved in the decisions in scope. Which recurring decisions the Sprint covers, and so who needs to be in the room, is agreed with you at intake.

How much access do you need?

Read access to the systems where decisions actually leave a trail, typically Slack, your project tool, and the CRM, plus the documents that describe how the company is supposed to run. Access is limited to the systems and information agreed during scoping and is revoked at the end of the agreed access period. Revoking access does not delete material already collected. The handling, retention, return, and deletion of engagement data are governed by the agreed engagement terms and applicable requirements.

Does the Sprint include implementation?

No. It includes 30 days of async support after the handover, which some teams use to act on the recommendations themselves. Detailed design of the operating model, sign-off by the people it affects, and implementation are the 90-day Install.

Why start with a diagnosis instead of going straight to the Install?

Because installing on assumptions installs the wrong thing. The Sprint's validated findings and baseline give the Install a defensible starting point, and where the evidence allows, the Install is measured against that baseline. Founders who skip the diagnosis usually pay for it in month two.

What is the difference between the Sprint and the Execution OS Install?

The Sprint diagnoses in seven days for $5,000: what is actually happening, a starting baseline, and a recommended direction. The Install designs the operating model in detail, takes it through sign-off, implements it at the agreed depth, and hands it over. That runs up to 90 days, from $10,000 a month.

Can I change the engagement after starting?

Yes. Every Sprint ends with a decision made on evidence: proceed to the Install, gather more evidence, handle it internally, or stop. Engagements are structured around the work required, not around tiers.
